LaRita Francois is the founder and principal support consultant. Previously, she established and served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Take the Lead Nola, a non-profit that created training programs and offered employment support for individuals with disabilities. 

LaRita brings over 20 years of experience in administrative support, strategic planning, leadership, organizational development, professional development, employment assistance, training design, and education. She has a proven ability to cultivate and utilize relationships, oversee projects from inception to completion, and guide individuals and teams toward achieving their goals. 

LaRita holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix (UOPX). She is a Human Services Board-Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) accredited by the Center for Credentialing and Education, a former board member of DIF STEMM-UP, and an active member of the National Organization of Human Services and the National Black MBA Association. As a proponent of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she focuses on educating and empowering organizations with comprehensive training and resources to address their needs.

Kascie Flotte is currently the Client Support Coordinator, serving as the main point of contact between Work Wise Now, LLC and its clients. She ensures effective communication and the delivery of services. Her responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling client requirements. With a decade of experience in office administration, healthcare education, leadership, community engagement, outreach, and workshop facilitation. 

Kascie holds a Doctorate in Pharmacology from Xavier University of Louisiana, where she completed 1750 hours of pharmacy rotations across various pharmacological fields, including patient care. 

Her extensive knowledge and problem-solving abilities are invaluable in addressing our clients' needs.
